Sommer’s Healthcare Experience
Sommer Singletary, RN has been a healthcare professional for 15 years, beginning as a CNA in 2008 and moving into nursing in 2017. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, corrections, long-term care, and home health.
Nurse Sommer always knew that she wanted to start her own business, but it was just a matter of what, and when. However, one thing that was certain for Sommer is that whatever business she started, she knew it needed to incorporate the patient in their own environment.

Sommer’s Turning Point
Something that never made sense to Sommer is why her patients had to leave their homes to receive services as basic as an IV drip, or wound care, or even simple education. Why couldn’t patients receive care right at home? Why were so many of her patients being readmitted to the hospital?
Sommer’s passion for providing patient care from the comfort of their own environment is what led her to pursue entrepreneurship, more specifically her very own mobile IV hydration business.
